We love juicing our prickly pear fruit! We can the juice to have for use all season-long. Prickly pear juice is wonderful for making jelly, margaritas, sorbet, and candy. This summer for our numerous garden tours, we offered fresh-squeezed lemonade flavored and tinted pink with prickly pear juice. The unique flavor of the cactus comes through beautifully in the lemonade.
