This Cactus in the Opuntia Genus was brought to us by fellow cactiphile Allan Taylor many years ago. The big, light green pads are decorated with golden spines and huge, Masses of brilliant orange flowers in June. By fall, the plant is covered in voluptuous, deep red fruit that makes great jelly, sorbet, and margaritas…15”H x 60”W.
