Refunds & Returns

If you are unsatisfied for your order, you may email us at to request a refund.

Refunds are given for highly unsatisfied customers and for any plant that is DOA (Dead on Arrival)

To place a claim, please have your order number and a CLEAR picture of your plant in the original shipping container and we will be more than happy to send you out a replacement plant OR provide you with a refund or a giftcard.

 In the unfortunate circumstance of an issue or mistake with the order we will provide a refund or replacement, depending upon what is most appropriate to your situation.

We will pay for replacement shipping if it is our mistake.

Please provide a picture of the plant if it is in a less than ideal state, we will then send a replacement or refund.  The quickest response will be if you text the photo to Kelly, (720) 628-2518. The picture will take the place of returning the product so that we do not have to deal with return postage. There may be a situation that we will ask for the product to be returned if it is a rare or precious variety. In that case, we will pay the shipping, of course.

Please make sure to reach out within 30 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.

If you decide to cancel an order that has not been packed there will be a full refund processed.  If the order has already been packed you will be responsible for a 10% restocking/packing fee.  If the order has already been shipped we will have to handle it on a case by case basis.

Gift Cards are non refundable.  Purchases made with gift cards can be refunded if you meet the above criteria.  This is a Shopify policy, not ours so please understand.

For orders to be picked up at the nursery at 308 Jay St., please schedule a pickup time within 3 days of placing your order.  Canceling pickup orders will result in a 20% restocking fee within the first 7 days.  For orders not picked up at the scheduled time, please reschedule as soon as possible.  For orders not scheduled for pickup and/or that appear to be abandoned due to customer's lack of response to our follow-ups, the order will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.  Not negotiable.
