The Shrubby Ice Plant has woody stems and stiff foliage forming a "hard to the touch" cushion 5" high x 15" wide.  Tiny, bright-pink flowers COVER the plant in June.  We've had the best results with this gem by planting it against a stone in the garden so it can wrap itself happily around and over it.  Zone 5 in a rock crevice garden, zone 6 otherwise.  Sold in 2.5" pot.
