Finally, we have Chisos Mountains Century plant! This naturally occurring Agave hybrid is thought to be a cross between the native Agave havardiana and Agave lechuguilla. The leaves are narrower than Agave havardiana and wider than lechuguilla. The color ranges from blue to green. This crop is all blue, however. 15" high x 24" wide. Flowers are bright yellow and red and 15 to 20 feet tall. Full sun to part shade, Zone 5. This Chisos Mountains are in Big Bend National Park for the most part. Sold in 2.5-inch pots.
